The Zlatý Anděl administrative complex was built in 1999 according to the plans of the famous French architect Jean Nouvel. The building is located in the revitalised Smíchov district and is part of one of the largest administrative districts in the Czech capital, the Prague 5 district.
The complex is situated in an attractive office district at the intersection of the Anděl metro station and close to several tram lines - 5 minutes by car from the city centre and 20 minutes from Prague International Airport.
The building comprises over 14,000 m² of office space, plus the 7,200 m² Nový Smíchov shopping centre.
Zlatý Anděl is BREEAM Excellent certified due to its modern and energy-efficient construction.
