The real estate share
With its share, S IMMO AG offers a simple option for investing in real estate, while the administrative expense of the properties is borne by the company. The S IMMO share is listed in the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange (ISIN: AT0000652250/SPI) and is represented in the ATX, IATX and the GPR General.
The following shareholders have submitted major holdings notifications pursuant to section 130 et seq. BörseG or section 91 et seq. BörseG (old version) to S IMMO AG:
- On 28 November 2017, Ronny Pecik reported an (indirect) holding of 21.86% of the shares. Please refer to the notice dated 28 December 2017 for details.
- On 9 April 2018, Familie Benko Privatstiftung reported an (indirect) holding of 7.28% of the shares (excluding the financing of an additional stake of 10.21% through participation rights; this stake is included in the 21.86% stake reported by Ronny Pecik). Please refer to the notices dated 9 April 2018 and 28 December 2017 for details.
- On 30 November 2011, Erste Asset Management reported that the proportion of voting rights held by the funds of Erste Asset Management Group had exceeded the threshold of 10%. Please refer to the notice dated 2 December 2011 for details.
S IMMO dividend
S IMMO AG has pursued a stable and sustainable dividend policy since 2011. For 2016, the dividend was EUR 0.30 plus a bonus dividend of EUR 0.10, resulting in a total distribution of EUR 0.40 per share.
For the financial year 2017, the company intends to propose distribution of a dividend of EUR 0.40 per share entitled to dividends at the next Annual General Meeting.
