Bubenská 1

Bubenská 1 in Bubny, Prague 7, is one of the most important buildings of functionalist architecture in Prague. Due to its location at an important transport hub and one of Prague's main thoroughfares, Bubenská 1 is easily accessible both by car and by public transport. Reaching the historical city centre or Prague Airport takes a matter of minutes.

The spacious building, designed according to the principles of functionalism, was originally completed in 1935. In 2020, it was extensively renovated and converted into a new flagship office. The media company WPP is based here.

During the refurbishment, great care was taken to ensure that the building both meets the highest contemporary quality standards for office space and retains its unique historical character.
