Shopping in Vienna Meidling

Arcade Meidling was opened in 2004 and has been part of S IMMO’s portfolio since then. The round 7,000 m² property offers retail space with tenants from a range of different sectors, including Müller, Spar, McDonald’s and Esprit. In addition, the building houses the Meidling music school and the second-largest branch of the Büchereien Wien library network. There are offices located above the shopping centre. Around 4,000 m² were leased to the City of Vienna on a long-term basis in 2012. Arcade Meidling boasts excellent transport connections (underground, suburban trains, trams, buses, regional trains), in addition to which 178 parking spaces are available to customers and tenants in the public underground car park.
