Early closure of subscription period for the S IMMO Green Bond 2023-2028
The subscription period for the 5.5% S IMMO Green Bond 2023-2028 with the aggregate principal amount of EUR 75m (ISIN AT0000A35Y85) will be closed early today at 14:00 CEST. This has been agreed by the issuer and the bookrunner Erste Group Bank AG. Originally, the subscription period was intended to be effective from 29 June to 11 July 2023.
