Sparkassen Immobilien AG strengthens legal department

Ulrike Langwallner (33) joins the Sparkassen Immobilien AG legal team as senior lawyer. Born in Salzburg, she has 10 years of experience in real estate law gained with major Viennese legal firms, with an emphasis on transactions in Central and Eastern Europe. Her last job was as a lawyer with Schönherr in Bulgaria.

Alexander Schwaiger (30) has a doctorate in financial and commercial law and also has career experience with Schönherr, among others. Born in Upper Austria, in addition to studying law he also did international business studies with emphasis on controlling and finance, in the course of which he spent two semesters at the University of New Orleans.
