S IMMO: H&M expands tenant mix at Sun Plaza

S IMMO AG has gained another renowned tenant at its Sun Plaza shopping centre in Bucharest: In November 2011, the Swedish fashion chain H&M will open a shop that spans over a total of 1,600 m² over two floors. This will put the shopping centre’s occupancy rate at nearly 100%.

Friedrich Wachernig, Member of the S IMMO AG Board, comments: “We are excited about achieving a major letting success, especially for our visitors. The shopping centre will be even more attractive with a crowd-puller like H&M.”
