S IMMO AG: Wilhelm Bayer new head of Controlling & Finance
S IMMO further improves the expertise of its finance department.
Wilhelm Bayer recently took over the direction of the Controlling & Finance department at S IMMO AG. In this position, the 37-year-old is responsible for group accounting for the entire S IMMO Group and for all controlling matters.
The Lower Austrian gathered his many years of accounting and finance experience in different positions in the healthcare industry, and spent the last five years at the European headquarters of the US group Baxter in Switzerland.
“By bringing Wilhelm Bayer on board, we have further improved the expertise of our finance department, also with regards to increased transparency and service-orientation in our investor relations,” said S IMMO Management Board member Ernst Vejdovszky.
Wilhelm Bayer earned his master’s degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and completed a post-graduate programme at the University of St. Gallen.
