S IMMO AG voting rights announcement: Erste Group Bank AG increases holding

Increase to more than 10 %

In accordance with section 93(2) Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG), stock exchange listed S IMMO AG (Bloomberg: SPI:AV, Reuters: SIAG.VI; S IMMO Share ISIN: AT0000652250, S IMMO INVEST participating certificate ISIN: AT0000795737 and AT0000630694) hereby announces that on 24 July 2012 it received a voting rights announcement in accordance with section 91 BörseG from Erste Group Bank AG.

The announcement informs S IMMO AG that Erste Group Bank AG increased its holding in S IMMO AG from 6,152,561 shares (9.03% of the voting rights) to 6,832,561 shares (10.03% of the voting rights) and has thereby exceeded the threshold of 10% of the voting rights on 20 July 2012.

It is also announced that Erste Group Bank AG directly holds more than 30% of Sparkasse Mühlviertel-West Bank Aktiengesellschaft, which holds 61,000 shares in S IMMO AG (0.09% of the voting rights).

This brings Erste Group Bank AG’s total interest (direct and indirect) in S IMMO AG to 6,893,561 shares (10.12% of the voting rights).
