S IMMO AG: Natascha Blauensteiner receives award following postgraduate degree programme

Natascha Blauensteiner, head of S IMMO AG’s Credit Financing department, has completed the Property Management & Valuation postgraduate degree programme at the Vienna University of Technology with high honours and has been awarded the academic title of Master of Science.

As the top student in all of the RICS-accredited university degree programmes in Austria, the 35-year-old also received the Excellence in Real Estate Award from immQu, an association that promotes quality in the real estate industry.

Natascha Blauensteiner has worked in the Financing division at S IMMO AG since the end of 2007. Before that, she gained valuable professional experience as a senior consultant at PKF hotelexperts GmbH and in the department for international special financing and project financing in the tourism sector at Erste Bank AG. Natascha Blauensteiner completed the Tourism and Leisure Management degree programme at the IMC University of Applied Sciences in Krems, which is taught entirely in English.
