S IMMO AG: Gerald Sonnleitner passes property developer exam

Gerald Sonnleitner, MBA, project manager at S IMMO AG, recently passed the qualification exam for real estate trustees (property developers).

Mr Sonnleitner has worked at the company in the area of project management since 2008 and was instrumental for S IMMO in the development of the Serdika Center in Sofia, among other projects. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience as a project and construction manager at various Austrian construction companies. Gerald Sonnleitner completed his basic studies in architecture at the Vienna University of Technology and also has an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
