S IMMO AG: 2014 starts with successes in letting

Stock exchange listed company S IMMO AG is off to a great start in the new year and has already achieved initial successes in letting after just four weeks. What is even more encouraging is the fact that all of the new leases were concluded in the persistently challenging markets of Sofia, Bucharest and Budapest.

At the Serdika Offices in Sofia, an international financial-services provider, which is already a long-term tenant of S IMMO in another market, will move into its new headquarters with a space of 1,200 m². In Bucharest, the existing leases of two tenants – a travel agency and a software company – for over 1,000 m² in total were extended. And a new tenant was also acquired in Hungary, the most difficult market at the moment.

Friedrich Wachernig, Member of S IMMO AG’s Management Board, had the following comment: “It’s always nice to start a new year with this kind of news. We are very pleased to be able to welcome new tenants to our portfolio. But it makes us especially proud when existing tenants are so satisfied and successful that they decide to expand their space or give us their trust in a different city, as well. This is the greatest testament to the quality of our properties and the dedication of our employees.”
