Eurocenter in Zagreb fully let

S IMMO AG has gained another internationally renowned tenant – Zagrebačka Banka d.d. – for its Eurocenter office building in Zagreb. Thus it is now fully let.

The property was designed by the Zagreb-based architect Nenad Bach and built in 2004/2005. It has six storeys, two underground garages with 123 parking spaces and a cafeteria. The building is located in Zagreb’s city centre and offers its tenants roughly 8,000 m² of office space. The modern design provides maximum flexibility with regard to office layouts, allowing tenants to choose from cellular offices as well as open-plan or combined offices. The other tenants include IBM, Atlantic Grupa, Erste Osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group and Hrvatski operator.
