Athanas Radev Letting Coordination Manager for Serdika Offices

S IMMO AG is Austria’s first property investment company and has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 1987. The company invests in top-quality properties in Austria, Germany and six countries in Central and Southeastern Europe. In 2010, S IMMO opened the largest shopping centre in Sofia, Serdika Center. The storeys above the shopping centre contain Serdika Offices, which features class A office units between 200 and 4000 square metres in size.

Athanas Radev is assisting S IMMO in Bulgaria as Letting Coordination Manager. In this function, he is responsible for the letting of the Serdika Offices and the coordination of all matters involving the building, which offers roughly 30,000 m² of high-quality office space built in accordance with very high standards.

Athanas Radev was most recently Center Manager at ECE Projektmanagement. He was born in Bulgaria and has professional experience in foreign trade, retail sales and real estate. He studied banking at BAW Economic Institute and has a degree in international economic relations.
