Another award for Serdika Center

Serdika Center in Sofia, a property owned by S IMMO AG, was awarded for its DGNB certificate at the EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards Gala on 17 May 2012 in Bucharest. The event was held for the seventh time and is the only one of its kind in the SEE region. In September 2011, Serdika Center became the first shopping centre in Bulgaria to receive a DGNB certificate in gold from the Bulgarian Green Building Council (BGBC).
