S IMMO AG: Supplementary notification to the notification pursuant to sec 93 para 2 Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG) from 06 December 2013

On 13 January 2014 S IMMO AG (FN 58358 x, Bloomberg: SPI:AV, Reuters: SIAG.VI, S IMMO Share ISIN: AT0000652250) has received supplementary notification to the notification of Anadoria lnvestments Ltd. pursuant to sec 91 para 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG), that Anadoria lnvestments Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of Tri-Star Capital Ventures Ltd., a company with its seat in British Virgin Islands (British Virgin Islands Registrar of Companies; Registrar Number 480343) and its business address at 3rd Floor, J&C Building, P.O. Box 362, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands. The 7,593,611 shares referred to in the said notification are identical to the shares originally held by Tri-Star Capital Ventures Ltd. The acquisition of these shares by Anadoria lnvestments Ltd. occurred for accounting reasons. Tri-Star Capital Ventures Ltd. did not hold shares in S IMMO AG neither as of 05 December 2013 nor as of 13 January 2013.
