S IMMO AG announces that due to the cancellation of 1,201,539 shares of S IMMO AG (FN 58358 x, Bloomberg: SPI:AV, Reuters: SIAG.VI; S IMMO Share ISIN: AT0000652250) on 19 December 2013 a reduction in the total number of voting rights and the share capital of S IMMO AG occurred. The total number of voting rights now amounts to 66,917,179 (in words: sixty six million nine hundred and seventeen thousand one hundred and seventy nine), the share capital now amounts to EUR 243,143,569.90 (in words: two hundred and forty three million one hundred and forty three thousand five hundred and sixty nine euro and ninety cents).
