THE MARK office project located in Bucharest was completed in the first quarter of 2019. The elegant 15 storey tower together with a 6 storey Podium offers about 25,500 m² of lettable area. Deloitte, Dentons, WPP und Starbucks are among the tenants.
Ideal location and accessibility
Due to its location near the city's central business district, THE MARK is easily accessible by car (300 parking spaces in the underground car park and an additional 45 spaces outside). The city centre is only a few minutes' walk away. The nearby metro station and several tram stations are just a minute away. THE MARK is situated on the completed part of the Uranus Boulevard. This new representative boulevard will considerably improve the connection of the northern and southern districts of Bucharest.
BREEAM "Excellent" certification
S IMMO AG is aiming for a BREEAM "Excellent" sustainability rating for this project. THE MARK features outstanding environmental data, sustainability was a clear priority in every construction phase . This includes on the one hand efficient, flexible space that provides a range of different working environments and on the other a wide variety of highly efficient low energy installations. These features coupled with a climate-responsive façade contribute to reducing the energy consumption of the building.
General planner for all architectural and planning matters was the renowned architecture firm Chapman & Taylor, with which S IMMO has already built the Sun Plaza shopping center in Bucharest.
