Transfer of data to third parties

Matomo Analytics
This website uses the open source software Matomo, a web analysis service of InnoCraft Ltd. Matomo uses cookies that allow your use of the website to be analysed. The information about your use of this website collected by cookies (including your IP address) is only saved on the servers used to operate our website. The IP address is anonymised immediately, so it cannot be used to identify any specific person. We, S IMMO AG, use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activities for us and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage. These data are not passed on to third parties.

Web Fonts
So-called web fonts are used on www.simmoag.at. These are fonts that are loaded from an external provider. The aim of this embedding is to guarantee website visitors a uniform display of fonts on this website. The use of externally hosted fonts is based on a licence agreement. In order to comply with this, the use of a pixel-code from fontshop.com is necessary. The pixel-code collects technical data and thus determines the number of website visitors. After 30 days, the data is deleted and no more personal data is processed. The pixel-code collects the following data:
- IP address
- Date and time
- Referrer URL

Retention period
In principle, we only retain the data pertaining to you for as long as is necessary based on the purposes for which it is processed. We are also subject to legal retention obligations in some cases.
