Valuable addition to the CEE portfolio

Zagrebtower has been part of S IMMO’s portfolio since 2020. With this acquisition, S IMMO added a premium office property to its portfolio in Zagreb. The complex was completed in 2007 and consists of a 22-storey, 79 metre office tower with a connected nine-storey low-rise building. Together, the building elements have a total area of roughly 25,300 m². In addition, the building features an underground garage with roughly 354 parking spaces as well as an additional 90 spaces above ground.

The class A building is located in the heart of the eastern business district, which represents one of the most highly sought-after locations in Zagreb together with the central business district. The tenants with office space at the building include the Croatian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Energy, the pharmaceuticals conglomerate Bayer and the financial auditors Deloitte. The property offers excellent connections to the public transportation system and meets high sustainability standards, which is why it earned a BREEAM In-Use International 2015 Excellent certificate.
