Jewel in the city
The Neutor 1010 office and residential building in Vienna’s first district offers a total of 11,000 m² of usable space and was opened in October 2010. The investment volume came to roughly EUR 55 million. The building’s modern design by the architects of RATAPLAN earned it the name “jewel in the city”. Its design integrates the turn-of-the-century façade into an ensemble of glass and metal that radiates sunlight during the day and sparkles like a crystal at night.
Generous office space and 34 freehold flats
The ground floor and the first three floors contain 5,100 m² of retail and office space. Thirty-four freehold flats with spacious terraces are located in the floors above that.
Excellent inner-city location
Neutor 1010 is located between Freyung, Börse and Salzgries and therefore directly at the heart of Vienna’s first district. The U4 and U2 metro lines are in direct proximity, and the airport is 20 minutes away. A lot of the important public institutions as well as banks, shops and restaurants are within close walking distance.
