S IMMO in Croatia

Eurocenter has been part of S IMMO AG’s commercial portfolio since 2008. The centrally-located, six-storey building with about 8,200 m² of office space was designed by Zagreb-based architect Nenad Bach. It offers two underground car parks with over 120 parking spaces and a canteen. Eurocenter is also the first BREEAM In-Use International 2015 Very Good certified building in Croatia.
