Akademiehof is located in Vienna’s first district. The facilities of the Academy of Fine Arts are located on the ground floor and first floor. Offices of several companies occupy the four floors above that. The top two floors contain freehold flats with terraces. The integrated passage leads directly to the Karlsplatz metro station.
