Early closure of subscription period for the S IMMO bond 2019 – 2026

The subscription period for the 1.875% bond 2019 – 2026 of S IMMO AG with the aggregate principal amount of EUR 150m (ISIN AT0000A285H4) ¬will be closed early today at 17:00 CEST. This has been jointly agreed by the issuer and the joint bookrunner Erste Group Bank AG and Raiffeisen Bank International AG. Originally, the subscription period was intended to be effective from 17 to 21 May 2019.
