Dividend proposal of EUR 0.70 per share

S IMMO AG’s Management and Supervisory Board decided today, to propose a dividend of EUR 0.70 per share for the financial year 2018 to the Annual General Meeting. This decision was guided by the significantly increased FFO I. FFO I for the financial year 2018 was about EUR 61.1m or EUR 0.92 per share. The dividend proposal corresponds to a dividend yield of 3.89% based on the closing share price as of 28 March 2019.

The Annual results for 2018 will be published on 03 April 2019.
