Stock exchange listed S IMMO AG (Bloomberg: SPI:AV, Reuters: SIAG.VI; ISIN: AT0000652250) announces the new issuance of the 4.5% S IMMO bond 2014-2021 under S IMMO AG’s EUR 250,000,000 issuance programme (ISIN: AT0000A177D2).

 

 

This announcement does not constitute an offer to buy securities of S IMMO AG and constitutes no obligation for S IMMO AG to accept offers to redeem securities of S IMMO AG and/or to buy 4.5% S IMMO bonds 2014-2021.
