S IMMO AG (FN 58358 x, Bloomberg: SPI:AV, Reuters: SIAG.VI, S IMMO Share ISIN: AT0000652250) has received notification pursuant to sec 91 para 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG) that Anadoria lnvestments Ltd., a company registered in Cyprus (Cyprus Registry of Companies, registration no. HE 316079), with effect from 30 October 2013 for the first time had an interest of more than 10% in the voting share capital of stock exchange listed S IMMO AG; its holding at that date was 7,593,611 shares. As of that date, therefore, Anadoria lnvestments Ltd. exceeded the 10% threshold pursuant to sec 91 para 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG). The holding was acquired in the course of a single transaction, so that at the same time the 5% threshold was also exceeded.
