Peter Korbačka requests convocation of extraordinary general meeting

Today, on 26 January 2022, S IMMO AG received a request from the shareholder EVAX Holding GmbH (beneficial owner: Peter Korbačka) requesting the convocation of an extraordinary general meeting of S IMMO AG in order to vote on the cancellation of the voting cap incorporated in Section 13 para 3 of the articles of association of S IMMO AG without substitution. The Management Board and Supervisory Board of S IMMO AG will review this request and decide on the further course of action.
