Changes in shareholder structure

S IMMO AG was informed by Ronny Pecik today, 29 January 2021, that Ronny Pecik has entered into purchase agreements with Revenite Austria S.à r.l. regarding the sale of his shareholdings in SARIR Holding GmbH, SULAFAT Holding GmbH and ETAMIN GmbH & Co KG and that these purchase agreements were consummated today. Ronny Pecik thus has reduced the share in voting rights in S IMMO AG attributable to him and as last notified from 9,08 % to 0,06 %.
