S IMMO was able to master the challenges of last year and, despite the adverse circumstances, ended the year very successfully. We saw clearly positive results from property valuation of EUR 39.1m, and a year-on-year increase of 3.3% in rental income due to acquisitions and the prudent management of our portfolio properties.

Location and quality

The most important part of a property is its location. This is also our top criterion when looking into opportunities. Its function also has to be right, so that the property is attractive to tenants. These are the basic requirements for our valuable, long-term portfolio.
